UltimateServers is an independent distributer of HPE enterprise server hardware and HPE server parts. UltimateServers is based in Florida and has specialized in the resale of HPE server parts for over sixteen years. Our mission is and has always been to provide our customers with the best possible price and optimal service. We stock a considerable inventory of server parts and server components in our facility in Longwood, Florida. We offer same day shipping for orders placed before 5:00 pm eastern standard time from Monday to Friday. We offer a variety of options to suite your budget with a selection of new, used and refurbished server parts. All our used and refurbished server parts are tested, packaged safely and backed by a hassle free 90 day warranty. UltimateServers specializes in end of life server hardware and are capable of sourcing end of life server parts. We ship internationally with expedited shipping options such as International Priority and International First shipping available. We do not accept international credit cards. UltimateServers is an authorized reseller of HPE Enterprise server parts and have always been a highly reputable and trusted seller for many years. UltimateServers only sells genuine HPE server parts. We do not sell third party server hardware.

We do try our very best to respond in a timely manner, but sometimes we may be speaking to multiple guests at a time. Your inquiries will be answered in the order they are received. Does UltimateServers provide a Price Match Guarantee?

UlitmateServers will aggressively price match all competitor prices, which includes bulk purchase options and discounts, but does not include holiday discounts. We are always willing to provide you with the best customer service possible and we always strive to do our best to price match our competitors. Thus, we make sure our prices are matched competitively with the current market, allowing you to feel comfortable that you purchased a product with the right quote. To ensure you are getting the correct quote for products or if you would like to request a quote, please contact our online sales representatives. We understand the limitations of business that operate on a tight budget and we are always willing to give you the best possible price and customer service.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please call (866)-677-9666 or email us at sales@ultimateservers.com. Upon receipt of your notification, we will immediately process your cancelation request and email you within 24-48 hours. If your order was processed and shipped out the same day, you will have to return the product to us.

Drop Shipping

UltimateServers drops ships daily and will make sure it is done right! To request an order to be drop shipped, just leave a comment before confirming your order and we will happily fulfill the drop ship request at no extra charge. Or you can speak to our sales representative to request that an order be drop shipping prior to purchasing.

UltimateServers will accommodate any blind shipping and blind drop shipment request for both domestic and international orders.

Free Ground Shipping Policy

UltimateServers offers free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Any order placed before the 5:00pm Eastern cutoff time will be shipped the next day.

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping options at a cost to ensure that your mission critical hardware is shipped out in a timely manner. We offer the following options at checkout for customers located within the United States only:

  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Express Saver
  • Priority Overnight
  • Standard Overnight

For expedited shipping options for international orders, the following expedited shipping options are available at checkout:

  • International Economy
  • International First
  • International Priority

How are shipping rates calculated?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates based on the dimensions of the products in your cart. Depending on the shipping options you choose, shipping rates are subject to change and any expedited shipping rate will cost extra.

For all orders shipped via Fedex Ground, you will not be charged for any shipping cost!

For expedited shipping, the shipping rates will depend on the dimensions of the products you purchase. For some products, shipping rates may be weight-based, and the weight of all products can be found on the product details page. To ensure accurate shipping dimensions and weights, our weight and dimension estimates reflect FedEx’s policies when calculating shipping rates. FedEx rounds all weight up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

All returns will require an RMA number or Return Merchandize Authorization number before you can place a return. Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, we will then issue you a refund or send out a replacement. For all products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you will have to consult with the manufacturer.

Shipping Internationally

We ship worldwide and all international shipping is subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the primary responsibility of the customer. We will not ship any orders until payment has been received in full via PayPal. We will not accept any payment from non-issued credit or debit cards.

Prior to sending out orders shipped internationally, orders will be verified for processed payment. Once verified, international orders will ship the next business day depending on the time the order was placed during the day. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for international orders.

International Returns

International return shipping is not covered and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping cost. If an order is canceled after being shipped, you will not be reimbursed shipping fees.

International Payment Options

We are located inside the United States and we do not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks. Thus, for ease of purchasing, we strongly recommend you checkout using Paypal as PayPal is quicker and easier, allowing us to process your order with very little delay. PayPal is also more secure.

Technical Support

UltimateServers.com does not offer any technical assistance for product compatibility. We cannot offer or give advice on compatibility of items, make specific product recommendations, or provide technical product support as well as sales advice. If you have any compatibility questions, please contact the manufacturer or consult with staff to confirm accuracy of compatibility.

Shipping Speed

UltimateServers guarantees that all orders placed before 5:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. However, in the event that we are out of stock for a product, you may ship the product the next day. You can expect all orders to be processed within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock and there is no issue with payment verification. We are closed for the weekends, so orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

How are refurbished products shipped?

If you purchase a refurbished server hard drive, the drive will be placed in an anti-static shielding and then gently placed inside a mac box with foam padding on the top and bottom of the box.

For any server parts which include hard drive cages or server rail kits, we will use packing peanuts to ensure all server hardware is safely cushioned. This better protects server parts that can be bulky such as rail kits and hard drive cages.

For any refurbished processors, if ordered individually, they will be placed in an anti-static cushion. If many refurbished processors are used, then they will be placed in processor partitions.

For refurbished server memory, they will be placed in ESD bags and if many are ordered, they will be placed in memory partitions.

For refurbished server hard drives, the drives will be placed in anti-static ESD wrapping and bubble bag to ensure the hard drive is cushioned.

Order Status

To keep you informed of your order status, UltimateServers.com will send you an order confirmation as well as tracking numbers as soon as they are made available. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email once your order has been processed, boxed, or shipped. You can log into your account to view your order status. If you checkout via a guest, an account will be made for you to allow you to easily log in and verify order status.

Product Insurance

Refurbished products are covered by a 90 day UltimateServers’s Warranty. New Factory Sealed and New Retail Products will be covered by a 3 Year UltimateServer’s warranty. New Bulk products will be covered by a 1 Year Warranty. We do not extend insurance. We do not offer insurance for orders placed on our website.
