Shipping Policy
UltimateServers offers Free Ground Shipping on all orders placed between 9:00am through 6:00pm and we have expedited shipping options available at a cost. Free ground shipping is for Customers within the United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). For customers outside the U.S, charges are calculated at checkout. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Internationally
Shipment outside of the United States are subject to Shipping Fees, Applicable Customs, Duties and Taxes/Tariffs, all of which are the customer's responsibility. Although we do accept certain Credit/Debit Card payments from certain countries, we do not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks. Thus, we strongly recommend using PayPal for all orders being shipped Internationally.
Warranty Policy
All New Retail Products are covered by a 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. All Factory Sealed Products are covered by a 3 Year UltimateServers Warranty. For products with the New Bulk 0 Hours condition, UltimateServers offers a 1 Year Warranty on those products. If your product is defective, or stops working, we will be more than happy to either issue a complete refund or send the same product in the same condition. In the event that we are out of stock and you request the same item, we will issue you a full refund. In the event that your Manufacturer's Warranty is expired, UltimateServers will cover the remaining period on your warranty!
Request RMA
All returns will require an RMA Number or Return Merchandise Authorization number before you can place a return. Once we receive the returned product, we will then issue you a refund. Same goes for returned products under warranty, all returns will require a RMA Number.
To request an RMA/Return authorization number please fill the form below and we will issue a RMA number within 24 - 48 hours of receiving it. Working products returned within 30 days subject to 15% restocking fee. Wrong items ordered or items that are no longer needed can be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to 15% restocking fee.
